EDS AI Platform – post-meeting transcript analysis
After a meeting, a transcript remains. Someone then has to prepare a summary for the manager, extract decisions, and assign tasks. The following week, the same work is repeated.
We created the EDS AI Platform for such repetitive tasks.
Its logic is simple:
document from the library → configured processing workflow → structured results in the target library.
The platform combines a sequence of actions, instructions, and AI models. The process owner defines the desired output, sets the rules, and verifies the result.
Processes are edited using the built-in BPMN editor. The diagram displays every step, parallel branches, and the connections between them. This facilitates team discussions regarding the logic and allows for adjustments to suit specific tasks.
The screenshot shows an example from our system: a single meeting file triggers four parallel tasks—CEO analysis, task definition, comprehensive analysis, and topic determination.
The EDS AI Platform works with corporate documents, including within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments. The goal is to reduce manual processing and generate results based on agreed-upon rules, while maintaining human oversight.
We start with a single process: we take real documents, configure the processing workflow, and verify whether the outcome aids in daily operations.
